1.What Do You Convert?
We convert the main.html file of open realty so that Open Realty real estate listing manager will work with your chosen template. All Customized templates are desgned with the latest version of open realty.

2.What is Single Page Coversion ?
A single page conversion will be your chosen Template Monster template converted to work with Open-Realty. The template design will be in keeping with your chosen template.

3.What is Full Site Coversion ?
We convert the main.html file of open realty so that Open Realty real estate listing manager will work with your chosen template. All Customized templates are desgned with the latest version of open realty. Please note that the search form is not intergrated with the template design. 4. Do I have to pay before or after the work is done?
You have to pay BEFORE (This elimiates time wasters and payment of Template Monster template) we start working on your design project. The price for Customizing Template Monster to Open Realty will include the template price from Template Monster PLUS our web design conversion quote.

5. How do I pay for the Customizing Template Monster template to Open Realty?.
You can pay by PayPal with your credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB). You no longer need a paypal account to do this.

6. What do I receive when I order?.
You will receive your design in .zip file(s) contain the following: PSD file(s), HTML file(s), fonts and advanced clipart library. You will need unzipping software to open the .zip archive. Windows users may visit www.HotScripts.com, www.WinZip.com or 7-Zip . Mac users may visit www.StuffIt.com. The templates are available in Photoshop and HTML formats. Fonts are included with Photoshop file. In most templates HTML is compatible with Adobe® GoLive®, Macromedia Dreamweaver® and Microsoft Frontpage®

7. How long does it take to receive my converted Template?
Template Monster customization to Open Realty usually takes appx 2-5 days once Payment recived and has been confirmed. EXCLUDING Saturday, Sunday and UK Public Holidays.

8. What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the converted template?
You may Build a website on a single domain using the template in any way you like.
You may not:

  1. Resell or redistribute templates.
  2. Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of content providing companies and individuals.
  3. Make more than one project (another domain) using the same template (you have to purchase the same template again in order to make another project (another domain) with the same design)

Can You Install It For Me?

Absolutely. When you order Template and choose the installation option and we'll install it for you. There is a £29 GBP charge for this service.

What Support Is Available?

Standard support with a 3-4 day email response is included in the price of template conversion. Enhanced support with a 1 business day response time costs only £90 GBP per response. Support is operated on a per Template Conversion basis only.
